Pebble Design Building Management Services is pleased to share our options for the care and maintenance of your hot tub. The RENTAL: MONTHLY HOT TUB SERVICE for Short Term Rental Properties

★ 2 weekly visits
○ Check: temperature, chemical balance, filter, jets/run pump, top up water
○ Clean: lid, surface of tub, suction sand/debris from bottom, tidy around tub
★ Semi-Monthly filter clean/change
○ 1 filter will be charged for each new hot tub, and as needed thereafter
★ Chemical management (Bromine, pH, Alkalinity, Scaling, Clarity)
○ Chemicals and water treatment included
★ Semi-Annual water change (spring/fall)
○ see “Start Up/Water Change” in the extras menu below for description
★ Online Maintenance Log
○ Updated in real time
○ Viewable by owner and property manager
$145/month + tax (billed quarterly in advance). $10 off for clients of Mountain Town Properties.
Important Note: If any of the “Extras” below are necessary due to guest use/abuse the owner will be
charged as indicated. Please make sure your guests are aware of these charges and that you have a
mechanism in place for recovering costs from guests as you see fit.

The OUT OF TOWNER: HOT TUB SERVICE for Vacation Homes(less than 1 week/month)

★ 1 weekly visit
○ Check: temperature, chemical balance, filter, jets/run pump, top up water
★ Quarterly
○ Clean: lid, surface of tub, suction sand/debris from bottom, tidy around tub
○ Filter clean/change (1 filter will be charged for each new hot tub, as needed thereafter)
★ Chemical management (Bromine, pH, Alkalinity, Scaling, Clarity)
○ Chemicals and water treatment included
★ Annual water change (fall)

★ Online Maintenance Log
○ Updated in real time
○ Viewable by owner
$90/month + tax (billed quarterly in advance)

Charged on an as needed/required basis. All services are noted in the online maintenance log. Owners
can also request any of these services on a one time or ongoing basis.
● Shovelling (if your tub is not under cover) $27.50/month November-March
○ Path maintained to tub/Lid kept free of snow on weekly visits
○ Deck shovelling also available, please inquire for prices
● Filters $37.50 (most common filter size, others can vary up to $62.50)
○ 1 filter will be charged for each new hot tub
● Floating Dispenser $21.25
● Post Party Service $75
○ 2 visits/Shock/Clean/Balance/Check Filter (change if necessary)
● Start Up/Water Change $125
○ 3 Visits- Drain/Change Filter/Clean & Fill Tub/Add & Balance Chemicals
● Filter Clean/Change $22.50
● Chemicals for Users (w Instructions and Measuring Cylinder)
○ Optimizer (1L, granules) $24.50
○ Clarifiers (500mL, liquid) $15
○ Shock Packets (post use) $4.50 ea.
